Presented by Modern Masters, The Unity Workshops is a podcast series dedicated to investigating, researching, and sharing information about phenomena affecting people in the world. It is focused on topics that are:

  • Fundamental to our understanding of reality
  • Unexplainable in the current materialistic/reductionist scientific paradigm
  • Rarely acknowledged by mainstream research and journalism
  • Experienced by people all over the world

Researchers and Experiencers

The topic we've chosen to start with is Portals, and we've created the main research hub here on UniWiki. We've chosen portals because we feel that we've personally been affected in the recent days by portals, and we believe the topic will be of interest to a majority of our community. If you have knowledge or experience with portals, or know someone that does, please contribute your information to the community on the page above.

Communicators and Organizers

To get us started, we've set up a Slack chat room dedicated to The Unity Project. It will be our communications hub to discuss ideas and organize events as we move forward. Head on over there to join the conversation.

Audio and Visual Producers

The podcast content itself is currently being organized and produced by Modern Masters. If you have experience in any part of the content production process, please reach out in our Slack chat room above, and let us know how you would like to help.

Legal and Organizational

The Unity Project will eventually be organized as a non-profit organization. In order to get there, we need to raise some support for the needed legal and organizational work to set that up. If you have any experience in this process, please reach out in Slack.

Everyone else

We need all kinds of support. If nothing above speaks to you, please feel free to get in touch with us on the Slack chat room, and let us know how you would like to get involved.

Format

The Unity Workshops are hour-long audio podcasts exploring specific phenomena. Each specific topic will be discussed in 4 different episodes delivered weekly. As the episodes progress, we’ll dive deeper into the phenomenon we’re covering that month.

We’ll begin each topic with an introduction to the phenomenon and why we’ve chosen it for investigation. We’ll start with stories from people around the world, and start to frame the phenomenon in possible ways it might be understood. On subsequent episodes, we’ll investigate the topic from as many perspectives as we can. This includes discussing the topic with academic researchers, spiritual teachers, religious theorists, and people who have experienced the phenomenon first hand.

It will be delivered as a podcast, not a live radio show.

Values

In line with the values of Modern Masters, the Unity Project, Fade 2 Black, and the Game Changer Network, we hope the podcast to be driven by a strong, collaborative community. This means we’ll utilize the various resources of the organizations above, as well as build a focused community dedicated to The Unity Workshops themselves.

We’re going to provide many opportunities for the supporters of the podcast to be involved in any level of the production and distribution of the podcast. Think of it as an open-source podcast.

We’re also seeking additional organizational partnerships to assist in the production and distribution of the podcast.

A core feature of our values we seek to encourage in this podcast, and in our various projects, is a respect for all of human experience. Our topics will be chosen based on the fact that people around the world are experiencing phenomena that are not being treated respectfully in the mainstream community. We seek to dive into those experiences in an attempt to develop coherent explanations of them.

Topics

The Modern Masters and Fade 2 Black teams will pick the first few topics and guide the direction of the podcast in a substantial ways until the structure and systems of the podcast are clear enough to start turning over more direction to the community and our partners.

Editorial control will eventually fall to a community-led board with certain members holding certain permanent rights due to their branded contributions to the development of the podcast.

The research for the topics will be gathered and stored on the Uniwiki.org website in order to ensure open collaboration and access for all involved.
